Animals are very special to us, so please be careful when you're driving. Many animals die each day because people aren't careful or they just won't stop for small animals.

Sometimes it amazes me, the way people act in regard to certain animals. Some people believe that it's ok for their dogs to roam free all over the place, but cats shouldn't. It's even worse when these dogs are the potentially dangerous breeds anyway. If a dog is going to chase people, growling and trying to bite - no matter how friendly it is to it's owners - it should not be allowed to roam free. Dogs that insist on chasing cats in a mad frenzy should not be allowed to roam free. Furthermore, dogs that literally rip kittens apart should, at the very least, be restrained at all times. It was a kitten this time, who's to say that next time it won't be a small child. I don't believe that you can judge all dogs merely by their breed. Some breeds have more potential to be dangerous than others, but with the right care you can turn a miniture poodle into a blood thirsty savage or a rotwieler into a loving cherished family pet. A lot of it has to do with the owners and owners that would turn any animal mean don't deserve them.

In Memory of Furby Furby was one of Popcorns kittens. She managed to stay clear of all the neighborhood speeders, but couldn't manage to get away from a gang of three neighborhood dogs that should have been chained up. Three large dogs against one little kitten, not much of a fair fight.
